nothing to be sorry about.Some people only form close bonds with few people and thats all they need. All the foxes I know,for instance. most wolves,however, have a moderate circle of people they're close to and everyone else they're sort of....not rude,but not really nice to either and whenever anyone tries to hang out with them...it takes a while to gain acceptance into the group (or pack...>>; ) I stick to my tight-knit little herd, too. (: Just like a mountain goat I am! I suppose we do keep to our little metaphorical moutain peak. None of them are quite daemians, though. ):

Okibi came up with the term, we never really questioned it Oh well, it's stuck now. Lion people. I don't get on well with Lion people. My friend has a lion daemon and I honestly don't know why I'm friends with her. She thinks I'm crazy for believing in Cal, she thinks I'm crazy anyway but she's a stuck-up, using bitch Breathe...I am breathing!

Daethiests literally does mean someone who does believe in daemons, but if you pronounce it "day-thee-ists" like me, it sounds like "atheist" which means "someone who doesn't believe." That might be why Okibi made the word up. Her term for someone who does believe in daemons is "Daemian", as you've probably guessed from the fact that it says so under our names on the left.

The guy that told us when your compy screwed up? Yes, that's him. It doesn't bother me that he's my only true friend in real life. I'm one of the most un-social people you'll find.

I judge if I'll like a food by smell. I have a supersensitive nose, and if I smell something, I can taste it too. I can detect underlying bitterness, like with vanilla. Like the extract. It smells all sweet and innocent, but I smell it, and I can smell the bitter smell too. Sorta like masking a smell with lysol or something. You smell the lysol, but you also smell the bad smell. Oh. I'm saying 'smell' a lot aren't I? Anywho, I'll try a food even if I don't think I'll like it if someone wants me to. Unless I'm absolutely positive I'd gag if I tried to eat it.
I know 2 people who are daethiests. One goes on and on about how daemons are figments of people's imaginations. That the soul is something that you can't talk to. Blah blah blah.... The other one /would/ tell you why if you asked her, but she just flat out thinks it's stupid. She has no imagination. Most other people I've talked to have a more open mind about it, though.

I have a good nose. I can usually smell if it's going to rain.

I don't have a good nose. One of my nostrils doesn't smell things o.O; I noticed that one day when I was bored in biology. I didn't have a cold either. I'll check again in a minute, but I'm sure one of my nostrils can't smell.
But anyway.. I have a fairly tight-knit gang of friends, though we are friendly with other people and very occasionally mix with what's known as "the popular gang". When I say very occasionally I mean next to never. But it doesn't matter because a lot of them are very.. ugh. I don't like the "popular gang" much.

I know two, well, maybe three dæthiests. >___>;
One was a friend I told right off, a day or less after I met Jube. yeah. Kinda quick. XD! She thought I was completely and utterly insane. Jube doesn't like her much. x3
Another one's a friend who Jube absolutely utterly DETESTS. He did listen to my speech for a while, then dismissed the thought as just my own special weirdness. -sighs- Well, he believed us for a while.
And then one did read the site. Said she believed me. And then just 'forgot' about it. I have asked her about it but she just waves me off, saying 'yeah i'll go try to find my daemon or whatever later.' I think that qualifies as thinking i'm insane. XD
Not really.

I'll be honest--I haven't told a single person about daemons or the forum. No one. Nada. They aren't the type of people to care--besides--I'm happy with my little secret *snuggles little secret*. They all know about it subconciously, though. (And Kate, I hope your friends don't find me to be a quiff. I'm the friendly one on here BTW, your signature picture really really really sucks. For the sake of my right mouse hand please change it)
