Very dry? You do realise Australia is suffering one of its worst droughts ever, and has level four water restrictions in place? Waves goodbye to baths and long showers mournfully* Very dry in an understatement.
Hmm.

It rains every single day here... so... feel free to some steal some of our water. We had a drought once, but luckily we had an aquifer. (This was in Austin.) ^^
*Splashes Killy and Winger with the lake that is now in our backyard and also the one in our front yard.*

It's not a real lake just a enormous puddle that appears everytime it rains too hard... it's extremely fun to jump around in though!
Not quite as fun as a lake...
EDIT: MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP! MY TOILET IS BUBBLING! I HATE THIS RAIN SO MUCH!! *Airlifts it all to Australia.*

When we had one of those pseudo-lakes, we had flocks of birds use our backyard as a migration stop. It was kinda interesting.
We'd like the snow to stop being so wet. It's unnatural. And causes us to slip.

I only think it's odd because I've never wanted to go, so... I'm pushy. ^_~;; But now you say that it does sound interesting... From what I understand it's very dry, yes? ::grumbles about uneducated Americans:: If you had any proper idea of half the stuff in Australia you'd be racing to the nearest airport. Australia is so cool because it's a mix of everything. History, culture, art, wildlife, environment, the barrier reef (that place is awesome), the music, the people, the travel (you could go to the snow, the desert, the tropics, the islands...) blah blah blah. Perhaps you'd be interested to know that there's a large gay scene too- but that depends where you go. My brother whinges that there's too many gays in city Sydney because he keeps getting picked up by them XD And you learn to appreciate water, it's a criminal offense to use it inconsiderately. I've seen the water police patrolling our street in summer. Oh and the bush fires, nasties in the water, bull sharks, snakes, spiders and stuff might be considered a downside for anyone lacking in adventure skills ^.~
Sounds like a great place! I have a fear of spiders but... that's only when they jump out of my clothes or shoes. -_- And, oh how you know me so well Sprial. I would be interested on going to Sydney to check out the gay scene, but respectfully I would like to check out A gay scene, before I go international to check out another one. I think I forgot about all other places I've wanted to go to (except Scotland) since I've wanted to go to Japan... but that's eons from now and everybody laughs at me when I say I want to go. -_- It'd be nice to visit someplace where they speaka de English as well. Interesting, Pheo, I once ate peach cobbler, it too was nice.

The east coast is best. Everyone can attest to that -- after all, we've got eyes in every major east-coast city: Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Nobody likes Tasmania or Canberra :3 Seriously, all my life I've been up and down the east coast, and I've not even seen a tiny portion of its magnificence. On the other hand, I'm easy to satisfy. I like mountains. <33

Nobody likes Tasmania or Canberra. I do.....Besides, the coast is full of....people! Yes, that'll do. They think 'ooh, beaches' and then invade the coast. Canberra is nice a quiet, not too many people at all. Which is why heaps of people don't like it.... but I do. I don't like Sydney or Brisbane as much as Canberra, cause Canberra is cool. Melbourne's ok though, 'cept it's too big and easy to get lost in. You find everywhere easy to get lost in. Yeah, well. New Zealand is really nice though...And I'd like to check out Tassie, cause it's also pretty snazzy. Hey, I talked already. Don't make me work more than I need to. I haven't ever eaten a frog.

. -_- It'd be nice to visit someplace where they speaka de English as well. That'd be England, then. Everyone else just pisses on the English language. Aussies get slight dispensation because phrases like 'chucking a patty' amuse us. English is really just pissing on Latin, so it's not that large of an offense. *Uses words like y'all and dontcha*

....Go Aryans?
Yeah but... what language isn't just a messed up version of another/older one? So really... ALL language is just an insult to grunting... hm...
