My human does Shinto Youshin Kai Karate Jitsu..o.o Or something like that. It's pretty much a mixture of everything, with some Ju-Juitsu mixed in and self-defence. The bet part is the self-defence though. It's fun tackling other people and twisting their bones around..-grin-

That's like our take-downs and grappling. My human especially loves that stuff. Flipping a person over with minimal effort on her part is what she lives for. That only applies to some of the take downs, but the rest is still fun. The basic stuff is good, but she has a blast when we do non-traditonal stuff.

Alea would like to pass on the message that rock climbing would be something your humans could do as a "unusual" activity. She loves to climb especialy in the caves here, but we can't do it often. But some of you lucky ones in the US could maybe find a climbing gym.

There is one in Houston, or near it. Wei saw it in a GS magazine once. My human wanted to go sooo bad. Too bad there aren't any closer.

Wei live in cold, rainy/snowy Canada. There are no climbing gyms around here. But, we did go a resort camp and went rock climbing and on giant swings and all sorts of adventurous stuff. Everyone likes to call us Thrillseekers now. Major ego boost.

My human used to do Thai-Kwan-Do when we lived in the U.S.A. but now that we're in S.A. my human does tennis, squash and running to stay fit.

I'm trying to get my human up at 5 am to hit at the punching bag in our garage. (Hannah: Fat chance!) She needs to get pumped up in the morning. Ya know, get the blood flowing.

My human and I are what you'd call "extreme atheletes"....we're hoping on doing a triathalon soon! Yay! We do do rockclimbing, whenever wei can, skiing, and especially running, biking, and swimming (swimming lets me swim, and running lets me stretch my wings!). Wei love excercising! (Ali: Mainly because you force me to...-_-U)

My Sarah is probably one of the least atheltic people you will meet. She does push herself in karate, and has gained some muscle. Her abs are starting to take on shape. Roar. Anywho, she does bike a lot. A lot. Trust me. And run on the treadmill.

I'm not having any luck with getting Hannah up before 6:45. It's sad how lazy she can be. Still working on it.
