Hi everyone! Keira's finally named me Kirjavi-she made it up and I've decided that the name is perfect for us, but you can call me Kir. I'm pretty much settled as a bald eagle with emerald green eyes but I still change occasionally, as Keira doesn't really ever want me to stop changing. Any introductions would be great.

ok...I know this is off the topic I started but, I was just wondering, Keira feels kind of lonely sometimes because she hasn't told anyone about me because she knows-not thinks-that everyone will think she's crazy. Any tips on how to help her feel better. She's really mad at me for making her type this for me, but oh well, what am I for?

If the reactions of friends and family would be a problem, then Keira just doesn't need to bother telling anyone about you. You can be her special little secret. =)

Thats been our problem.....wei both feel just a little crazy, so we settle for asking people what animal they'd be if they were one. For some reason everyone's been surprised when Ali tells them weir'e a goose..........weird! But yes, its a fun little secret.

My human feels lonely sometimes too. Some people know about me, but even then they don't really get it. Alex and Blake get it though, but it feels strange to talk to them about daemons anywhere other than the forum. That's why I had her join. I know everyone here won't think she's insane.

I should have added this earlier, but I've noticed that some people already sort of 'know' about it, even if they would think Ali was crazy if we told them. For example, SNL's mother takes what animal she is REALLY seriously, and has been trying to figure out what my dad and brother is (Wei haven't told her that it might be trickier to figure out her brother's since his hasn't settled yet). But when Ali's asked her best friend, she also took it seriously, more so than the rest of her friends (who SWORE that I was a giraffe and not a goose -_-U, Ali had to drill it into them that looks don't have anything to do with it). If you want to talk about us daemons and haven't told anyone, just asking the 'do you believe in guardian angels' question or 'what animal would you be if you were one?' usually provide good answers. Hope I helped!

Ice: I took a chance and told Jim about dæmons. He believed me.
Lass: But you told someone else, and he said, "People believe in dæmons? Strange...."!

I told my grandmother. She's doing the best she can to understand. I also told my aunt. My mom too. It's kindof weird talking to them about Rano. It's like talking about someone who you know can hear you, but you don't include them in the conversation. Actually it's exactly that, except you can't include them. Here it doesn't feel that way. I think it's because daemons can easily be added into conversations. (Rano: Hey! I don't wanna talk right now. Don't put that in there! I don't want to be in this conversation.) ;D See! He's sulking now. No... Wait. (Rano: You have 3 minutes untill you have to get off the computer!) (3 minutes?) Ok....
I'm not sure if that had a point, but at least I tried to post something useful.

You actually have a very good point. Kir's words don't have to be communicated through me while typing this. They can come directly from him.
