Well, lamb, a lot of things about daemons and the daemon-human relationship are kind of hard to explain sometimes. You should try talking to your daemon more, start visualizing him more to actually get to know him. When I first started, I could barely see Val, and I only got a faint idea of what he was saying. You just have to keep at it, after a week or so, it wil be easier.
Anyw00t, Val just kind of hangs around while I eat, doing whatever. Sometimes, in the cafeteria, we'll talk if there's nothing else to do. I don't disproject him, he would rather be in a dirty cafeteria than not be there at all.

I now hold at least two or three conversations at lunch, one being with dear Kryii, who is as bad as Sayuri at trying to get me to snort chicken broth or orange soda from my nose.
Usually, she's at my feet or my side, like she alays is, whever I'm eating. Especially at resturants, she'll hide under the table.
It's funny. ^^

I've hung out under tables before; it's really the only place I can sit without getting stepped on when we eat out. I'd do that at home too, but someone has the habit of swinging her feet at the kitchen table....
^^;; I only kicked you that one time, though...and it was an accident!
*scarcastically* Uh-huh...
Oh, and that reminds me...do any of you consider your daemon to be projected when s/he is somewhere that you can't see? Or is it just that s/he is there, and you know that, even though you would have to turn your head or look under/around them to actually see that spot? Just a random question that popped into my head yesterday.

Usually Nymmi is in my eyeline,though I get unnerved when he teleports from behind me to ahead of me because I turn my head and.....I wish he wouldn't do that. It makes me feel all wierd. However,there are times (like when my eyes are closed) that I don't see him,though I ALWAYS know where he is. ^^

*nods* Yes, Valian has told me, "You don't project me, you see me. I'm always there." And it seems as though, when I close my eyes, I can see him better. It's really weird.

Alexei project me as if I was some kind of 'pretend?' Bah. I'm real. I'm his conscience, I'm ALEXEI himself. Project. No. Bother to try and see, at most. I'm always here, always around. If he misses it, well, that's his own fault.-_-

It's like... you always know where your leg is, even if you can't see it. You feel it there. It's the same thing with us. Though, I usually start panicking if he goes behind furniture or something. I can feel him there, but can't see him. Bzzar.

XD Cat- A few posts up when you posted somethings about seeing Pocky, I thought "Huh?Strawberry Pocky?" instead of Pocket pocky. ; I am so out of it...

XDD Yeah. Pocky's a common nickname of Pocket's. But Pocky is ... a drink or something, right? I don't think we have Pocky in Canada.

Pocky is a Japanese snack food - a stick of graham cracker-y stuff, usually covered in chocolate.

I always know where Kili is. He's under my desk right now. When I'm eating, he'll sometimes taste my food, look around, or sit on my shoulder. My school doesn't have a cafeteria, so we eat in the classroom (we barely ever leave the classroom). He usually sits under my chair or on my shoulder then and watches my friends and I eat.

I was at a rich highschool last week and they didn't have a cafeteria,they had a Dining Hall. And the lunch line was called a servery. -_-; I don't go there,it was for a writing workshop thingy,but still.... ;
