that brings me back to when i was playing with the idea of souls not being restricted to animals, or at least something like that...i wrote a story involving ( but only semi, a cameo for daemons, if you will ) daemons and ( no one here has seen it btw, this was like a year ago.its called catman:) ) this mans daemon was hundreds of tiny yellow birds. Oh man that story rocked , in the end he dies and those birds 'escape' from his chestt andwhooooaaa im suddenly realising why that thing that ali posted affected me so much. its cause it was confirming what i thought ...wow. ............. whew If you want more I've got em. As to the imaginary friends thing--Daemons are basically like imaginary friends.....advanced. Imaginary friends are kinda like sub-daemons, in a way. I think. Yeah.

Totally! With Josh it was just like. There's my invisible friend. He just stands there looking pretty. With Tarquay, we yell at each other a lot.
Hey!!
Well, ok, he yells at me. xD

When I was little I always wanted an imaginary friend...but I could never imagine up a real substantial one because they just agreed with me all the time and were generally quite dull. With Shal, I can have stimulating intellectual debates. hah.Okay. With Shal, I can think stuff and he can give me a sarcastic look. But he's much more of a 3-dimensional personality. That was exactly my problem. I didn't really have any talking imaginary friends because they were all basically the same. However, I had numerous animals as friends, but they didn't talk or anything. EDIT: Yay for post #200!

Yeah I had an imaginary friend who used to just sit there, looking pretty. My other imaginary friends used to help me a lot, encouraging me to be more confident etc. But I had an imaginary pokemon when I was younger who could turn into any pokemon, Cal admitted that it was him. It was his way of showing me that he was there, of being involved in my life directly. Then there was that humming-bird when I was 10 who was also Cal, I thought it was just an imaginary friend I'd made up after reading HDM, he was my daemon but not at the same time. Because Cal was trying to just...observe and not frighten me by saying 'hi I'm your daemon!', I just made up a name for him too but I just made it up and thought 'right that's it, that's his name' So that's my explanation ^^

I always had imaginary friends- I had A TON of dogs-all at the same time. I would list all their names and breeds...lol. Anyway, the diffrence is that I /knew/ they were imaginary,not like some people see their imaginary friend as real. Adn they didn't talk. They were like pets. I guess it's naturaly Nymmis a doggy. ^_^;

Yeah, I used to /claim/ I had imaginary friends when I didn't actually talk to them. I supposedly had an imaginary friend called Deborah but I never knew what I imagined her as, because I didn't. But last year, when my friend came over my house we played this game where we had loads of different imaginary pets. And I mean, LOADS. It'd be like,"ooh theres my bullfrog! Oh and my goat! Wow, and that's my kangaroo.." Hah, this was when I was in 7th grade. Me and my friend were amusing my little sister, but got caught up in it ourselves

The great thing about daemons, they're never boring ;D My imaginary friends were either people or pokemon, I always think of Pokemons like daemons now. My lil brother is really into them and whenever he puts on his video I always think of Pikachu as Ash's daemon.
