Wow. I like that idea a lot. It seems so awesome in a way. Do you think that's how it works with lovers or best-friends or whatnot? They all live near each other in Oxford?

Hm.. yes, very cool. It would be interesting if we all got to know our other selves and tried to prove it by asking them questions if we can, or just observing.

*is releived that her super-powers of comunication do not wane with sleep-deprivation* Yay!
Yeah it could be an idea, but i must admit i doubt if i can get a peep out of the horse. She keeps running away. *goes to visit others with Zen*
But it depends, if oxford reverses EVERYTHING. If it does then best freinds here would be ennemies there. Or wouldn't know each other much. it's not very clear.

but if we were enemies, we'd still have to KNOW eachother. ^^
i can probably get melukai to come back.... she was talkative enough when she was here, just not about herself. ::shrug::

I can call Salix. If I need her, she's there. She seems reluctant to answer questions about her and Oxford when she's here though.
I've just thought of another question. Would it be taboo to touch your daemon-self? Or for your daemon to touch his/her human-self? If we are each other, would it matter?

Hum...that'll be a philosophical question Hannah...well technically (philosophicaly) the other person would not be you. He did not live the same things as you, and does not have the same vision of the world. Therefore he is not you. Since he is not you, touching his daemon would be touching his most intimate...erm...part.(hehee)

After much time spent thinking, I have things finalized. My Oxford self is Sylvie, and her dæmon's name is Marinus. I don't see Marinus's form very clearly, but I know she's a small cat. That makes the six of us: Raven, Darkett, Phlox (my death), Sylvie, and Marinus. *is very happy*

Well i always pictured the four of us walking together. But i only actually saw him ( dunno his name ) one time, in a dream . It was cool But we didnt touch in the dream, i saw him sitting down...umm i think it was pinic table...thats so awesome..cause I know he saw me... but what happens when you see your alternate self?? do they recognize you as something...different or are they like, drawn to you?? do you look like you?? would their daemons( being you) feel any different? see you for what you were?

I know this sounds funny, but I used to think that my guardian was my dæmon. You know, when I think about it, I have two dæmons..... sorry, don't listen to me.....

Actually i think i understand. i feel like i have two sometimes. actually we were kindof talking about this in Anthro. Freud said there was the id, which is like the soul, the ego which is like the angel/devil on your shoulder-thing and the superego which is something i forgot. Maybe , for some reason instead of being sent to some other world when we died ( if you dont believe in reincarnation, stop reading now) we were sent to this world is because of some reason i m not sure, but basically we have to figure out who is talking all the time and clearly it is easer for some of us...ohh..ive lost myself..i had like a flash of brilliance where it was all clear and i tried to write it down...obviously didnt work

um, yeah, my guardian. Even before I read HDM, I knew what guardians were: dæmons. The only difference is, guardians don't change shape & they also go with you to heaven. Guardians are usually the opposite of you, in form & in personal. With me, I am a siamese cat, meaning that I can be a bit wierd sometimes, but everyone loves to give me comments and I purr for them . Well, when I did read HDM, I did not think, like the rest of you, that I had a dæmon. Up until January I met Haim and named him but I never actually talked to him. We were getting very close but now he's gone. I suppose we got seperated . That is what a guardian is.
