Does anyone use inanimate forms, such as a stuffed animal or something while talking to their daemon, to make it easier to visualize them?

Nah.... Visualizing Rookie is second-nature to me; I don't need assistance. Plus, any form he becomes in my mind's eye is a lot more expressive and fun than looking at a stuffed animal. My weasel Beany Baby, for example, can't grin, wink, or laugh hysterically. =)

I do, but only when I'm falling asleep. It's kinda weird. I tend to hug my pillow incredibly tightly when I'm falling asleep, and thinking of my Etirienne, and when I get into that not-awake-not-sleeping state, it's almost like I can physically feel him, and not the pillow. Who knows, maybe I do? This state doesn't last for very long, obviously, because I end up (duh) falling asleep ^^;

Sometimes I wished I has a litle toy of an ermine, as a puppet I saw in a page, but puppets can't smile at me the way my daemon does, even when it's really dificult to visualize him. Rester: d.. world where you can't see daemons

Sometimes I hold this stuffed bear that is about the same size as Rho when I'm going to sleep. I think its so I can feel something. I don't usually visualize him at night when I'm half asleep anyway, so I don't worry about weather or not the bear looks like him. Half the time it's covered by a blanket so it doesn't even matter. I don't need any help visualizing him anyway, so that makes it less a seeing thing and more a touching thing. Er...see?
