Oh, Maia! I'm so sorry to hear about Gareth. That must be horrible for you. I've never had a friend die, but one came very close, so I guess I can almost relate. *pats Maia on the back* I suppose if it was expected, you were given more time to prepare than if it was a car crash or something. If you don't mind me being nosy, why was it expected? Was it a terminal illness? If you don't want to talk about it, that's fine. My curiosity seems to come out at the exact wrong time, but hey, it's who I am. It just gets highly annoying sometimes.

Maia, i'm so sorry! I've never had a close friend die, or anyone i know in fact, and so my words must seem meaningless. I would offer a cookie, a real one if a could, but here's a home made one. (*pokes Hannah because she thinks she's funny. don't ask.*)
On your age, i kinda knew you were older than me (and it seems i'm older than most...waaah! lol) but it doesn't bother me. I think it is great to be an 'adult' and still be in touch with your inner child. I don't wanna grow up.

Thanks guys. In answer to your question Hannah, yes, it was terminal, but when he actually died it came about really quickly and was a shock to everyone. *hugs Hannah and Alea*

I'm so sorry about your friend, Maia. I've had to deal with quite a few deaths, so I kinda know how to deal with them. But it's always hard.

Alea: I don't really think I'm that funny. I know I make comments that are funny even though I usually try to be serious. (keyword: try) note: I did not ask.
