...you are the most comfortable with a friend when the silence you share isn't awkward. How true it is. Even though I do hate cliches, they are often profound when you sit down and examine their origens. When you hold a true communion, words cannot possibly be strong enough to communicate after that.

First of all, let me say that SNL, your post was one of the most beautifully written posts I've ever seen on any board I've been to. And once again, I didn't want or mean to offend anyone and I'm sorry I did.

EDIT: I don't care if it was HARSH. This is why Kael is a tiger and not a deer. Everybody else can tippy-toe and mince along, but I WILL put my cards on the table and I won't be Little Miss Posy about it and beg forgiveness for my emotions. Try not to be so...accusatory to everyone. Diffrent people have diffrent belifs and you shouldn't- as you phrase it- "put your cards on the table" with such harshness, please. It would be much more appreciated and most likely stir a bit less animosity towards your words. EDIT- Okay,as I can see,the tone thing has already been mentioned. ty to TU. XD Also- I love how you phrased it as well ALi. That's exactly how I feel. I'm actualyl sorry this is a debate I missed.

Oooh. *raises eyebrow* What happened here?
Heh. Deep breath sounds good. I'm not sure what to say because I can see everything from every perspective. I can see how it is discusting for someone to say they'll grow out of their daemon, but I can also see what they mean by 'grow out' It won't be the same relationship, but the core connection is still there. I'm not sure anyone who has met their daemon could ever forget about them. I think both Ali and Kate have wonderful points. So, I'll just say, even if you think you know exactly what you are going to say, think about the other side. Don't just think about one part and block out the rest. Perhaps being harsh is good, yet maybe it is better to keep others in mind. Or maybe all of us just need to grow up. I think things like this are how adults are so closed-minded. When your a kid, you believe everything you hear. But as you get older, you get opinions about things, and your mind closes off. I think everyone should hold that off for as long as possible. I know I try to keep an open mind. I guess maybe it's impossible to keep your mind from closing off a bit. I dunno. All I know is that....well....just don't yell at each other because then I'll be blamed for being a bad moderator. -_-; You wouldn't wish that on me would you?
I think I've rambled. o.o
